Supplementary materials accompanying each set include liner notes, recording data, and photographs. Publishing, for the most part, is handled by one of our in-house companies, Munka Music or Home of the Blues, but, in any event, we will be glad to assist the leasee in securing the appropriate mechanical licenses for their territory.   Mimosa Records Productions Lease Parameters CONTRACT SPECIFICS ARE LEFT VAGUE AS ALL ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL ARE NEGOTIABLE We have produced a number of albums which we desire to license to manufacturers for release in various territories around the world. We are interested in contracting firms in various territories that would value the right of first refusal on all future packages we produce for a certain number of years and would agree to accept for release within any given year a certain number of packages. For the right to be that company in your territory, we would want a one-time fee per term. Additionally, we request that a reasonable advance payment be made per package, some of which would cover mastering, photos and notes and would not be recoupable from a respectable royalty rate that would be based on your suggested or advertised retail sales price. We prefer doing business with firms that, above all else, value the material. If you like this material as much as we do, we would like to strike a deal with your company.
